My husband believes that my sleep is the main thing in recovering. I am paying attention to diet and exercise, to attempt to return to my metabolism. My mood is good. My weight is 15 lbs. less due to diet and exercise improvements. I have thirty lbs. left to lose.
I am on 20 milligrams of Aripiprazole, in the mornings. (I have a sleeping pill, as well, but I do not use a sleeping pill. My husband does not like me to take a sleeping pill, as they are highly addictive.)
I am walking, bicycling, and eating less sugar, while eating vegetables and fruits. I am considering a Macrobiotic diet or a Paleolithic diet.
